Easy. Go to meebo.com and set up an account. This web based software allows you to log into one or more Instant Messenger accounts simultaneously.
Once you have an account, go to "preferences" and from the drop down menu choose "meebo me widgets". You can customize your widget and click done. Copy the code and paste it into your web page or just send it to your web master.
