Google on Duplicate Content Concerns Regarding Blog Posts on the Home Page

Word Press does this automatically, linking the title to the post page.
In Word Press you may set the "Home" page text manually by filling in
the "Excerpt" just below the post area. in Word Press you may also
change the whether the full article or excerpt should be displayed on
the "Home" (blog page) by going to "Settings" > "Reading" and choosing
the radial button for "For each article in a feed show" > "Summary".
