SugarCRM: Email Tips

To see the most recent emails you should be able to click on the >>| link below the email list to go to the beginning (most recent). OR click on the "Date Sent" on the top of the email list to change from ascending to descending order. If you do not see them at all look for your email address in the folder navigation on the left. Also, I noticed that it is better to click the "Check Mail" to make sure you have the latest email sync.
